Our Commitment

At Lone Star Printers, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return a product within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product is significantly different from what was described

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In its original packaging with all accessories and documentation
  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Ink cartridges and toner that have been opened or used
  • Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
  • Products returned after the 7-day return window
  • Products without original packaging or missing accessories

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at support@lonestarprinter.online or WhatsApp us within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product (if damaged)
  3. Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided
  5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund

4. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5–7 business days
  • UPI/Net Banking: 3–5 business days
  • Cash on Delivery: Bank transfer within 7 business days

5. Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect product, we will arrange a free replacement. For exchanges due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The replacement will be shipped once we receive the original item.

6. Warranty Claims

For products that develop issues after the 7-day return window but within the manufacturer's warranty period, please contact HP's authorized service center or reach out to our support team. We will assist you in processing warranty claims with HP.
