1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

2. Domestic Shipping (Texas, USA)

* Same day delivery is available in select metro cities. Order must be placed before 12:00 PM IST.

3. International Shipping

We ship to over 50 countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination.

* International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in their country.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment on the carrier's website or by contacting our support team.

5. Delivery Issues

In case of a lost or stolen package, we will work with the carrier to locate your shipment or arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.
